Librarians are able to return titles early for patrons in Content Reserve. This is useful when a patron accidentally checks out the incorrect format and has no way of easily returning the title themselves.
- Log into Content Reserve.
- Click on the “Support” tab.
- Find “End User Support” at the top of the page.
- Click on “Return Titles.”
- Search by title or card number (recommended) to find and return the title.
